Returns policy
If you would like to exchange your tickets for another Akeman Voices concert, please return your tickets to us and state for which concert you would like to exchange them.
If you don't want to exchange your tickets, return them to us and we shall issue you with a credit voucher for the price of the tickets. This is valid for a year and can be used to purchase tickets for any future Akeman Voices concert. Tickets must be returned to us so that they are received no later than two working days before a concert for us to deal with any exchanges. (i.e. if a concert is on Saturday the ticket must reach us by the Thursday).
Akeman Acolytes benefit from 2 free tickets per year, together with a 10% discount on up to 4 further tickets per concert.
